14.2 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and True Grit Marketing agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wayne County, Michigan. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You and True Grit Marketing agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
